Relevant Media was involved in branding this organization and managing their online presence. At the time of this entry it is a church of about 1,000 in a community of about 24,000.
The Design:
The Homepage is a simple and clean layout. The background image and color is easily editable with CSS and changes with the small group themes a couple times per year. Simple navigation with large rotator and integrated footer menu that allows live interaction and syncing with social networks.
Integrated Announcement Loop
Church announcement page with latest three entries displayed and maintained by RMS. Client provides copy of bulletin and newsletter and RMS writes the copy and entries and then distributes them through social network.
Weekly Video Updates
RMS helped this client install a video system and takes care of encoding and a hosting solution to display their weekly service content that includes video announcements, worship service, and the message.
Social Media:
Twitter Account updated by RMS and the client. Site is equipped to notify twitter when new content is added automatically.
But Does it Work?
You can have the best looking site online but if it is not reaching your target audience you’ve missed the mark. RMS has worked with this client on SEO and social marketing to ensure a strong presence of their brand in their community. Continued maintenance:
Although the CMS (Content Management System) used to create this site is very user friendly and could be updated by the client they hired RMS to manage their online presence. This involves weekly design, updates, social marketing, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), and brand management. You can hire RMS on retainer as well! Although you could do it yourself for free remember that you get what you pay for.
